    Supply Chain Manager


    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    - Manage Process and Procedures in Supply Chain
    - Planning, organizing, and implementing purchasing plan
    - In charge of plant's purchasing cost effectiveness
    - Building up relationships with qualified local and international supplier chain with reasonable price and good service
    - Develop subordinates in order to deliver best performance
    - Ensure and support plant compliance with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Procedure & Ethic Policy


    REQUIREMENT:

    1. Hold a Bachelor Degree with GPA 3.0 above.
    2. Have minimum 5 years of working experience in purchasing or minimum 2 years in managerial level.
    3. Excellent negotiator with good management skills.
    4. Familiar with Office Program &/ ERP system (SAP system, etc).
    5. Excellent knowledge of products, parts, components, specifications & applications, and etc.
    6. Have good knowledge on Purchasing Management System, customs clearance, export-import, and KITE regulations.
    7. Have good teamwork, service orientation, and good communication skills.
    8. Have knowledge in Environment Management System.
    9. Excellent speaking and writing ability of English (Additional Chinese language will be an advantage).
    10. Target oriented by KPI measurement.
    11. Willing to relocated in any Group Business (Jakarta/Cikarang/Subang).

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    - Administer All Purchasing Activity
    - Manage and develop supplier
    - Prepares/manages contract
    - Ensure and support plant compliance with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) & Ethic regulations

    REQUIREMENT:

    1. Diploma / Bachelor Economic / Technical graduated with 2-3 years of relevant experience in the plant.
    2. Excellent knowledge of products, parts, components, etc
    3. Good analytical skill both Technical & Economic, customer oriented, shows commitment
    4. Familiar with Office Program &/ ERP system (SAP system, etc)
    5. Excellent speaking and writing ability of English (Chinese / Mandarin will be advantage)
    6. Target oriented by KPI measurement
    7. Willing to relocated in any Group Business (Jakarta/Cikarang/Subang).

    Export-Import Staff


    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    - Handle all import & Export process with local documents (invoice, P/L, AWB, Insurance, PO, etc.)
    - Check draft PIB and prepared PIB payment
    - Communication and coordinating related documentation and shipment schedule with Supplier &/ Customer
    - Ensure and support plant compliance with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Procedure & Ethic Policy



    REQUIREMENT:

    1. Diploma / Bachelor graduated with 2-3 years of relevant experience in Export Import.
    2. Familiar with Office Program &/ ERP system (SAP system, etc) will be advantage.
    3. Have good knowledge in customs clearance, export-import, KITE, and others export import facility & regulations.
    4. Have good teamwork, service orientation, and good communication skills.
    5. Excellent speaking and writing ability of English (Chinese / Mandarin will be advantage).
    6. Target oriented by KPI measurement.
    7. Willing to relocated in any Group Business (Jakarta/Cikarang/Subang).
